Write a Letter to complaining that the clock you lately bought

Write a letter to M/s. H.M.T. Corporation, Kanpur, complaining that the clock you lately bought from them does not keep good time.

10th March, 20….

M/s. H.M.T. Corporation,
Kanpur.

Sir,

Let me bring to your notice that I bought an H.M.T. clock from M/s. Kavita Watch Company, Kanpur on January 10, 20…. It had a one year guarantee. But I regret to tell you that it is not working properly. The cash memo and guarantee cards are with me.

I request you to replace the clock and oblige.

Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
Rita Chhabra
