Once upon a time, there lived a little girl, Tanya who loved to eat burgers and chips in fast food restaurants. Every weekend, her parents would treat her to a big burger or she would throw tantrums! She liked burgers so much that all the time she thought only about the burger she would be eating the following weekend.
One night, she had a dream. In her dream, there appeared a freshly made burger with grated cheese which said to her, “Eat burgers, tasty yummy burgers. Come, they’re delicious!!” So, Tanya took two enormous burgers and gobbled them down greedily in one mouthful. Suddenly, her tummy started hurting. Just then she looked at herself in the mirror and saw that she had developed a huge round tummy as big as the burgers she had eaten. She shouted, “Mom!!!” She woke up with a start and realized that it had all been a dream.
She heaved a sigh of relief. The next weekend, Tanya, went with her parents to have her burger as usual. As they were about to order the burger, Tanya said, “Dad, I don’t want a burger. I think a plate of salad would be better.” Surprised, her dad asked,” Are you sure?” “Of course I am!” assured Tanya. “Alright let’s get a nice salad then,” replied her mother. That was the best weekend the family had. That was how Tanya realized that eating fast food wasn’t all bad; but we should eat it only in moderation and eat more of vegetables to be healthy.
